These Terms & Conditions apply to customers using the services of Pal Broadband & CATV for broadband, internet, CATV/cable TV subscription, billing support and online payment facilities.
1. Business Details
Pal Broadband & CATV is operated by Sampad Pal as a Sole Proprietorship. Business category: ISP / Broadband / CATV monthly subscription collection. Address: 31, A-Road (1st Lane), Anandapuri, Barrackpore, Kolkata - 700122.
2. Services
We provide local broadband/internet and CATV/cable TV subscription-related services, including customer account management, monthly subscription collection, billing support and service communication.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate account, address and contact information. Customers are responsible for paying applicable subscription charges, dues, device/set-top box charges or any other agreed charges on time.
4. Subscription and Validity
Service validity depends on the customer plan, package, billing cycle, payment date and account status. Non-payment or delayed payment may lead to service interruption, suspension or deactivation as per applicable business rules.
5. Online Payments
Online payment options may be provided through third-party payment gateways/payment aggregators. A payment is treated as received only after successful confirmation in our business/payment records. Customers should not share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking passwords with anyone.
6. Invoices and Receipts
Invoices/receipts may be generated digitally after successful payment confirmation. Customers should verify the customer name, payment amount and service details and report any mismatch promptly.
7. Service Availability
Broadband/CATV services may be affected by technical faults, fiber/cable cuts, power issues, maintenance, weather, upstream provider issues, local network conditions or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
8. Prohibited Use
Customers must not misuse the service for illegal activities, network abuse, unauthorized resale, fraud, harassment, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or service rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pal Broadband & CATV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service interruption, payment delays, third-party gateway issues or customer-side device/network issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website.
